Tom Sansom

Prior to starting Close Counsel, Tom was a General Counsel, head of Commercial & Risk and director at one of Australia’s largest infrastructure companies.  He has also managed a consultancy business and held senior roles at leading law firms.

Tom has an unusual blend of business leadership and legal experience which underpins his very commercial, pragmatic approach.  He has directly supported projects in many industry sectors and over the complete lifecycle of infrastructure assets.

Tom’s goal is simple – to help deliver beneficial infrastructure projects in a commercially sustainable way.
